Color of Fall: Honey

This year’s fall trending color: Honey! What a delicious color. Both interior designers and fashionistas are agreeing on the color for this year. It is luscious! Honey and its softer and more moody tones are perfect for fall! Think about the golden-yellow leaves on autumn trees, the color of freshly cut barley fields, and the caramel in candy.

Honey is a warm color that works with so many other colors. You might think about adding it to your fall color palette in a small dose. Use lots of white and light neutrals with honey and just a smidgen of black. You can also bring in some warmth by incorporating natural elements to pair with this color scheme such as wood, stone, and metal. These elements will transfer well into the winter/holiday season as well where you can then mix in brick red and forest green.
