Austin, TX, 16 February 2015 – Representatives with Pacific Shore Stones today announced that it is expanding to open its 15th location, in Greenvile, SC. Pacific Shore Stones entered the South Carolina region in September 2013, with the acquisition of a location in Charleston. Growth continues in this region with the addition of the new premises.
Pacific Shore Stones Operating Partner Vinny Tavares said, “We’re very excited about the opportunity this new market presents. The location allows us to serve the local areas of Greer and Greenville, plus opening up our distribution capabilities to include Charlotte, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Spartanburg and Atlanta.”
The 10,000 square foot warehouse is a brand new, custom-built facility providing a light and modern space for viewing the stone collection. The warehouse will carry a full range of inventory, including granite, marble, travertine, soapstone, onyx, quartzite and quartz, with a large selection of white exotics to keep up with demand for this trend.
Allen Morris will be leading the new team in Greenville. With over 13 years of experience in the granite trade, Allen has been a member of the Pacific Shore Stones team since 2007.
The opening of the new location continues a strong pattern of growth for Pacific Shore Stones, which was ranked on the 2014 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in North America, with a three year sales growth rate of 135%.
